What a glorious sunny day Saturday was and we were delighted to be at one of our favourite venues – Gate Street Barn in Bramley, Surrey.
Marcus and Emma both got ready at the Mandolay Hotel in Guildford where their excellent florist Gill Pike arrived with the beautiful bouquets.
Sarah just had to get in the photos!!
Meanwhile, the guys were making their way to Gate Street Barn.
It’s not easy being an usher or best man; there’s so much work behind the scenes! 🙂
One of the guests was very impressed with the ceremony or was it the first kiss!
Gate Street Barn has so many gorgeous places to take photographs and it’s lovely to see how various areas in the gardens blossom at different times of year.
Someone is obviously keen for their dinner.
The menu gets full marks from these young guests too, maybe it was the Knickerbockerglory pudding.
The Barber Shop Quartet serenaded the couple just before dinner.
The speeches were all excellent.
Although the best man’s speech did mention some things that we’re all trying very hard to forget.
It was funny though.
Then we just couldn’t resist taking advantage of the lovely evening light for some final portraits.
Marcus and Emma had a fantastic first dance.
Which then the other guests felt they had to better!! The dancing was incredible and even included a few backflips and dangerous jumps!
The rest of the photographs from the wedding will be online when Marcus and Emma return from honeymoon. If you want to see more, please contact them for the password.
