Our last wedding of the year at Gate Street Barn and we loved every minute of it.
Lee and Natalie are so relaxed and just wanted to have a great day with all their friends and family.
The ceremony was one of the most emotional we’ve ever witnessed as Natalie had secretly written a letter to Lee telling him why she loves him and then had her friend read it out during the ceremony. There wasn’t a dry eye in the barn.
We loved all the little touches that the couple had planned for the day. Natalie’s beautiful butterfly hairpin, bubbles instead of confetti (check out Richard’s amazing bubble shot below), tree bark centre pieces with their initials carved on and an amazingly fantastic dessert table designed by Natalie’s sister Lauren. Lauren had made most of the cakes, sweets, chocolates and decorations and it looked and tasted incredible. Many of the guests were impressed with her Mojito cupcakes, salted caramel brownies, maple bacon lollipops and blackberry vodka jam shots to just name a few. The centre piece was a beautiful cake designed by Lauren and baked by the talented Mary from Mary’s Cake Parlour.
We hope you enjoy some of our favourite images from the day.
